Vietnam Sand Production Line

Vietnam sand production line is a special production line for producing sand and stone for construction. It can process various rocks, sand and gravel into sand materials that meet construction requirements.

Core indicators of sand production line

Finished product requirements: fineness modulus 2.6-3.0 (medium sand), stone powder content 5-15%, rounded particles (needle-shaped <10%).

Raw material differences:

  • Granite/basalt: high hardness (needle crushing + impact shaping).
  • River pebbles: high abrasiveness (avoid direct crushing by vertical shaft crusher).
  • Construction waste: need to be pre-sorted (metal/wood removal).

Mainstream sand production line configuration plan

1. Traditional sand making line (50-100 tons per hour)

Raw material warehouse → vibrating feeder → jaw crusher (coarse crushing) → impact crusher/cone crusher (medium crushing) → VSI sand making machine → bucket sand washer → fine sand recovery machine → finished sand

Equipment selection:

  • Coarse crushing: PE600×900 jaw crusher (discharge ≤100mm)
  • Medium crushing: PF1315 impact crusher (discharge ≤30mm)
  • Sand making: VSI1140 (center feed + waterfall feed dual mode)
  • Features: low investment (3-5 million yuan), suitable for small and medium-sized production.

2. High-end sand and gravel joint production line (200-300 tons per hour)

Gyratory crusher (coarse crushing) → multi-cylinder cone crusher (medium crushing) → vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making) → dual-frequency screen (grading) → stone powder classifier → finished product warehouse

Core equipment:

  • Coarse crushing: HGT5475 gyratory crusher (processing capacity 2000t/h)
  • Shaping: HPY500 cone crusher (laminated crushing, needle-shaped <8%)
  • Sand making: VSI6X1263 (deep cavity rotor, finished sand accounts for 45%)
  • Advantages: Sand and gravel are produced at the same time (5-31.5mm aggregate + 0-5mm machine-made sand), and the cost per ton is reduced by 25%.

3. Construction waste sand making line (pre-treatment required)

Jaw mobile crusher (on-site coarse crushing) → iron remover + air separator → impact crusher → circular vibrating screen → vertical shaft crusher → light material separator → finished product

Key design:

  • Metal removal: permanent magnetic drum + eddy current separation (metal recovery rate > 95%)
  • Noise reduction treatment: fully enclosed equipment + sound insulation cotton (factory boundary noise < 65dB)

Typical problem solutions

VSI sand making machine bearing overheating

  • Cause: spindle speed is too high or lubrication is insufficient
  • Countermeasure: switch to grease lubrication system (such as SKF self-lubricating bearings), temperature drops to < 65℃

Finished sand mud content exceeds the standard

  • Wet line: add spiral sand washer (cleanliness > 95%)
  • Dry line: install wind classifier (mud removal efficiency > 85%)

Screen blockage is serious
