Feeding system: usually composed of a vibrating feeder, which is used to feed the raw materials evenly and continuously into the coarse crushing equipment to avoid raw material accumulation and blockage, and can also adjust the feeding speed according to the processing capacity of the subsequent equipment

Crushing system

Coarse crushing equipment: generally use a jaw crusher, which can initially crush large pieces of raw materials, and the processing particle size can reach ≤1200mm. It can adapt to materials of various hardness and crush them to ≤350mm, providing a suitable feed particle size for subsequent crushing and sand making processes

Medium crushing equipment: For high-hardness rocks, such as granite and basalt, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are commonly used medium crushing equipment, which reduces the loss of vulnerable parts through the principle of lamination crushing; for medium and low hardness materials, such as limestone and bluestone, impact crushers are more suitable, and their finished product particle shape is better

Sand making system: The mainstream equipment is a vertical shaft impact sand making machine, which has both crushing and shaping functions. The feed particle size is generally ≤55mm, and the finished sand fineness modulus is adjustable, usually between 2.2-3.0 The control range of stone powder content is 5-15%

Screening and washing system

Screening equipment: Generally, a three-stage vibrating screen is used to separate multiple grades of aggregates such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm, and the materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the sand making equipment or crusher for reprocessing.

Washing equipment: Bucket sand washing machine is a commonly used washing equipment, which can remove impurities on the surface of sand and gravel and reduce the mud content to <1%. In addition, a fine sand recovery machine can be selected as needed to reduce the loss of fine sand below 0.16mm and increase the sand output rate by 8-10%.

Conveying system: It is mainly composed of belt conveyors, which are used to connect various equipment to achieve efficient material transmission. The direction can be flexibly designed according to the layout of the production line and site conditions to transport materials from one equipment to another

Environmental protection system

Dust removal equipment: Pulse dust collector is a commonly used dust removal equipment with a dust collection efficiency of ≥99%, which can effectively reduce dust emissions generated during the production process and protect the environment and the health of operators.

Dust suppression device: The fog cannon dust suppression device can suppress dust at fixed points in the raw material yard and crushing area, and absorb and settle dust particles in the air by spraying water mist, further reducing dust pollution.

Sound insulation measures: The use of soundproof room design and other measures can reduce the equipment noise to below 75dB, reducing noise pollution to the surrounding environment.

Process flow

Coarse crushing: Large pieces of stone are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing, reducing the stone particle size to a certain extent for subsequent equipment to process.

Medium and fine crushing: The coarsely crushed stone is conveyed to the cone crusher or impact crusher by the belt conveyor for medium crushing, further reducing the stone particle size. The medium crushed material is then sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping, making it a machine-made sand that meets the particle size requirements.

Screening: The finely crushed material enters the vibrating screen for screening, and is divided into aggregates and machine-made sand of different particle size grades. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the sand making machine or crusher through the belt conveyor for reprocessing, forming a closed loop to ensure that the particle size of the finished product meets the requirements.

Washing: After screening, the machine-made sand enters the bucket sand washing machine for washing to remove impurities such as soil and stone powder on the surface, thereby improving the cleanliness of the machine-made sand. At the same time, the fine sand recovery machine can be used as needed to recover the fine sand lost during the sand washing process to increase the sand output rate.

Transport: The material transportation between each link is completed by the belt conveyor, which transports the material from one device to the next to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the entire production process.
